Emma Hamilton Cole Becomes Partner!

It is with great pleasure that we can announce a new Partner and Head of Family Law. An expert in her field, Emma Hamilton Cole is one of our fully qualified Solicitors. She is also a trained Mediator with over 20 years of experience in her legal specialism.

Before joining our team in 2014, Emma was the Head of Family Law at a large solicitors practice in the Bournemouth and Poole area. Since joining, many clients have benefited from her in-depth knowledge of the complex issues that family law can involve. Now a fully integrated member of the team, we often receive compliments about the professional and helpful way she deals with our clients.

We are therefore pleased to welcome Emma into her new role as Partner and Head of Family Law. In this position, Emma will not only represent the firm but lead a department whose expertise lies in all aspects of family law and resolution following relationship breakdown. This ranges from divorce and separation to finance resolution following divorce, cohabitation breakdown, and children matters and disputes.
