Dealing with children matters and disputes
Charlotte is an enthusiastic and committed family lawyer. Since she has been with Williams Thompson she has carved out a reputation as a strong proactive family law solicitor. She is understanding and appreciates the very difficult circumstances in which clients often find themselves and is excellent at explaining the options available and guiding clients through them. She understands that no one expects to need a family solicitor and will do what she can to resolve matters without unnecessary conflict and in a cost effective way. She is equally experienced in taking matters through the courts if necessary.
To add to her skills, Charlotte has also qualified as a Mediator enabling her to make a further option available to clients as to how matters can be resolved.
Charlotte obtained an MA in Law at Oxford University and went on to Sheffield University to complete her legal practice course. Following qualification in 2008 she joined the Manchester office of the national firm DWF to gain experience with the firm’s well respected specialist family department. She moved to join our family department at Williams Thompson in 2010.
